All patients are welcomed to leave a message outside of our phone operating hours, which is available 24/7, and our reception staff will reply to you as soon as possible or within 3 business days. We ask patients to please only leave one message regarding their concern or inquiry.

We kindly ask that patients allow the office enough time to receive, process, and triage your referral. Orillia Cardiac Care will contact you directly by phone to schedule your appointment(s) so we ask that you please ensure your Referring Physician has your updated and preferred phone number included on your referral.

Initial Consultation and Diagnostic testing appointments are only available to patients after successful receipt and triage of a referral completed by a Family MD, Nurse Practitioner, or Specialist. Walk-In requests for appointments cannot be accommodated without appropriate receipt of referral.
